Terms of service

◦ Model ART only. NO rigging. You'll receive a PSD file with all parts separated and ready to rig.
◦ I prefer working from preexisting design with references. If you want me to help with your design (not from the scratch) I’ll charge a design fee.
◦ Revisions are unlimited — I want to make a model as close to your expectations, as possible.
◦ Basic expressions are included into starting price (tongue out, pouting face, blush, tears, angry, disgusted).
However happy/sad/talking expressions are usually done by rigger, so I’m not including them.
◦ Commercial usage is already included into starting price.
◦ I accept payment via PayPal only.
◦ 50/50 deposit payment (1st deposit as pre-payment and 2nd when the model is completed). Payment plans are allowed, but we need to discuss them.
◦ Turnaround is at least 1 month with a smooth communication.
◦ Rush order (less than 1 month) can be made for an additional 50% fee of the total price and your commission will be done by the date you need (I reserve the right to decline if I’m too busy).
◦ I’m always open to help Vtubers, whose model I’ve made, even if my commissions are closed.
(If you want to add any extra expression/new outfit, etc. please feel free to contact me).
◦ The same goes, when my child’s model is already in rigger’s hands and they need me to redo something or any other help.
II. REFUNDS
◦ Early cancellation. If you decide to cancel your project and we haven't started working on it yet, you are entitled to a full refund.
◦ No refund after the sketch is done (line art and following).
◦ If for any unforeseen reason I cannot complete the work, I’ll inform you and provide partial or full refund.
III. CREDITS
◦ Please credit me as your model artist on the platform where you use your model for content creation or streaming.
